Elements

These are the major building blocks of your strategies.

A block is an element that helps to describe a part of your strategy. You start with your company vision block. Then you create children that reflect core strategic themes you want to achieve. Then for each of those, you can subdivide into increasingly more actionable items until you can connect your strategy to your operational projects.

Basics – The most basic elements of a block.
Measures – Describes the various types of data that can be tracked on a block.
View Types – Shows the different blocks views available.
Actions – Outlines the actions that can be taken on a block, unrelated to measures.
Links – Outlines how linked (or “enabling”) blocks work.
